Cadenced agile ceremonies work like a reduction drive—represented here using belts—with annual contract awards or strategic plans propelling quarterly program increments (SAFe), semi-monthly sprints (scrum), and daily tasks (kanban). Agile projects end only when product development and service operation cease.
